• We provide only the Flipbook Creator Library for integration into your websites or applications.
• We do not provide hosting, storage, or a SaaS platform.
• You are responsible for deployment, hosting, performance, and data management in your environment.

2. Subscription & Payments

• Fees are charged per your selected plan as shown on the Pricing page.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. License & Usage

• Subscriptions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the library.
• Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing is prohibited without written consent.
• Use must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Free Plan & Trials

• Starter Plan: Free for 10 days for development and testing.
• Free trials and discounts may change at our discretion.

5. Enterprise Plan Availability

The Enterprise Plan is currently not available. Features and pricing may change upon launch.

6. Limitations of Liability

• We are not liable for data loss, outages, or performance issues arising from your infrastructure.

7. Termination of Service

• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your license to use the library ends immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

• All rights, titles, and interests in the library (code, design, documentation) belong to PlugInIt.
• Reverse engineering or extracting components for commercial resale is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
